This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is written in plain terms rather than legal ones.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, your phone number, an email address if you choose to give one, the rack line and size you are asking about, and your message. That is all. We do not ask for payment details on this site.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and quote for the racks you asked about. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or share it with anyone else.
WhatsApp and phone
If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation sits in WhatsApp and is covered by their terms as well as ours. Calls are not recorded.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us about the same order.
Asking us to delete it
